Weinstein faces court for pre-trial hearing

Disgraced Hollywood movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has appeared in a New York court for a pre-trial hearing. Media was barred from the court, with the hearing taking place behind closed doors at the behest of both the prosecution and defence. The 67-year-old is charged with allegedly raping a female acquaintance in a Manhattan hotel room in 2013, and sexually assaulting another woman in 2006. Mr Weinstein's trial is set to begin in June.
