Trump rejects claims North Korea billed US for Otto Wambier

US President Donald Trump has rejected claims his country was billed for Otto Wambier's hospital care by North Korea. The 21-year-old was detained by Pyongyang where he fell into a coma, later dying in hospital. Source: Fox
