Kim Jong Un’s style steals the focus of Putin summit

Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Putin seem to have struck-up a friendship, after their first face-to-face meeting. The North Korean dictator met the long-serving Russian leader in Vladivostok, Russia, this week. The pair discussed nuclear weapons and multi-million dollar sanctions, but much of the focus was on Chairman Kim's style.
