Australia shouldn’t accept Labor’s uncostable climate policies

Chris Kenny says ‘not too many people’ agree that the studio audience consensus in Monday’s leaders’ debate accurately reflected the outcome. Mr Kenny argues Opposition Leader Bill Shorten’s remarks, where he said it’s ‘not possible’ to put a single figure on Labor’s climate policies, indicates the potential prime minister plans to impose a cost on all Australians. The Sky News host says Australians shouldn’t accept uncostable policies. After the debate, 28 audience members said they would vote for Bill Shorten, 12 supported Prime Minister Scott Morrison and 11 others remain undecided. Image: News Corp Australia
