At least 38 dead following Cyclone Kenneth in Mozambique

Cyclone Kenneth arrived in the region just six weeks after Cyclone Idai battered central Mozambique, killing more than 600 people. Rescue efforts have been hampered due to heavy rain, which has caused flooding and grounded aid flights.
