Senior cabinet ministers break rank to call on Brexit delay

British Prime Minister Theresa May says she wants to get on with Brexit after three of her cabinet ministers publicly promised to defy her and vote to extend Article 50 if she can't get her deal through parliament. Amber Rudd, David Gauke and Greg Clark say it would be better to postpone leaving than to crash out of Europe without a deal. Article 50 is the clause which triggered the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union, giving the country two years to negotiate an exit deal. The UK is due to leave on 29 March, and Ms May has insisted this will go ahead as planned.
