RAW: St Kilda early morning brawl: two police officers injured

Supplied video obtained February 24, 2019 of mobile phone footage of a brawl in St Kilda on Sunday morning. Police were called to Fitzroy Street at 3am, following a report of an assault. While a 26-year-old man was being arrested, several people intervened. During the course of the arrest, OC spray was deployed and two police officers were injured. The police members were taken to hospital and a 26-year-old man is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
