NSW man not guilty of nursing home assault

February 25, 2019. David Patrick Frost leaves Downing Centre Local Court with his barrister William Barber. The retiree has been found not guilty of removing the trousers of a wheelchair-bound woman with dementia and pushing her incontinence pad to the side while visiting his father in a Sydney nursing home. After six days of hearings, magistrate Daniel Covington dismissed the charge, saying he could not be satisfied the offence was proven beyond reasonable doubt. (AAP Video/Sarah McPhee)
