FULL INTERVIEW: A foreign policy export has warned the chances of achieving North Korea nuclear dismantlement at the second summit with US President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un is ‘very low.’ United States Studies Centre’s Ashley Townshend says the hermit kingdom has failed to made substantial concessions, having only dismantled some missile facilities on a ‘non-irreversible basis’, while continuing to expand its nuclear inventory. The two-day summit is set to kick off on Wednesday in Vietnam's capital Hanoi.
