CommSec: Market Close 28 Feb 19- Market ends choppy session higher

The ASX 200 has closed near the day’s highs, up 18 points or 0.3% to 6,169. The market was supported by gains from the banks, telco and healthcare stocks, which offset losses in the materials and consumer staples sectors.
