Sri Lanka parliament hinders disputed PM

Sri Lanka's parliament has voted to halt payment of ministers' salaries and travel expenses but it is unclear how that will impact the disputed government of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa whose ministers boycotted the vote.
