IT’S officially 26 years since the Falls Music and Arts Festival (lovingly known as ‘Falls’) humbly kicked off in Lorne, Victoria with a one day concert. Originally called ‘Rock Above The Falls’ it attracted more than 11,000 music lovers who came to see Powderfinger, Regurgitator, Radio Birdman and The Living End.
