European leaders reach new deal to resolve migrant crisis

European leaders have reached a new deal to help resolve the migration crisis after marathon talks in Brussels. The plan proposes screening migrants in North Africa for asylum eligibility and setting up control centres within the bloc. It comes as rescuers begin the search for more than 100 migrants who are feared drowned off the coast of Libya.
