EU issues fresh warning to Britain over Brexit deal

The European Union has issued a fresh warning that Britain is running out of time to secure a Brexit deal because some of the most difficult issues still remain unresolved. European Council President Donald Tusk has called for the UK to lay its cards on the table at the end of a two-day summit in Brussels. The bloc also made some progress on finding a lasting solution to the migration crisis after marathon late-night discussions.
