Pair admit to receiving thousands for false Grenfell Tower claim

Two illegal immigrants have admitted to receiving financial aid packages worth tens of thousands of dollars after falsely claiming they lived in London's Grenfell Tower when it erupted in flames in June, 2017. The pair originally said they stayed with friends on the night of the fire and were allocated around A$219,951 in relief funds At least 72 people died when the building caught alight in North Kensington on June 14th, 2017.
